All of the variants are processed on the basis of urban and technical conditions of locality. The final variant is treated in detail and includes urban design, traffic design and technical infrastructure design. This is part about parcels in cadastral territory Bartovice, located on the outskirts of the urban district Ostrava – Radvanice a Bartovice. Newly designed buildings can be connected to existing traffic and technical infrastructure.
