Abstract

In bachelor thesis we focused on aplication strategic methods on company REGEM GROUP ltd. With aim of identification of strategic preferences, by means of which we can judge if is right for the company to expand. We chose this company because of work experiences and mainly because we want to help them to expand. In theoretical part we will think of factors, which by its external and internal force influence the company. In theoretical part we will also think of SWOT analysis with the help of which we will find out in the practical part preferences and weaknesses, opportunuties and threats of the company. In third part we briefly introduce company on which we are going to apply strategic methods. In practical part we will think of specific impacts and factors from micro-environment and macro-environment, by means of which we will find out strong and weak sides which the company abounds. Beside that we will find out opportunities, which can company use and threats which can jeopardize her. Individual factors we will include into the SWOT analysis, by shich we identificate preferences and weaknesses of the company. In discussion we then evaluate achieved results and we will give company recommendations and suggestions, of how to respond to results to allow the company to reach its target.
