Abstract
This thesis deals with the speech signal processing and recognition verbal warnings electronic sirens - sirens test, fire alarm, danger of flood wave, general warning, chemical accident, radiation accident, ending the alarm. Described is a sequence of processes for the identification of the siren. In Matlab is created by a software application that is being tested on modified warning sirens. The signals are modified noise, offset, gain and attenuation.
