Analýza v oblasti posuzování vlivů spaloven a zařízení pro energetické využití odpadů na ŽP v České republice

Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis in Analysis in branch of the environmental impact assessment of waste incinerators and facilities for energy utilization of waste in the Czech Republic. In the first part is explained the terminology of energy utilization of waste including their advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, the methods of thermal processing of waste which with energy utility of waste is closely related and eventually values of the energy use of municipal, industrial, hospital wastes and alternative fuels. The third chapter provides an overview of existing and planned technologies for energy utility of waste, including individual schemes and processes of these methods. Next chapter of thesis includes an evaluation of existing and planned waste incinerators and facilities for energy utilization of waste in the Czech Republic, where is described the historical development of various waste incinerators and facilities for energy utilization of waste and negative impacts of waste incinerators on the environment in terms of emissions of waste incinerators and facilities for energy utilization of waste. The last fifth part of the thesis includes the main areas of problems of the environmental impact assessment of planned waste incinerators on the environment in the Czech Republic. Here are explained public concerns for due to waste incinerators and facilities for energy utilization of waste, and also barriers to the development of energy utilization of waste.
