Abstract

The aim of bachelor thesis is analysis of current state of communication mix followed by a new and improved proposal of marketing communication. The theoretical part presents basic concepts of marketing communication and description of the company. The practical part contains analysis of communication mix of real estate Reality Kocourek s.r.o. Analysis is based on quantitative research using questionnaire survey. The final part includes proposals and recommendations mostly focused on the area of internet advertising, outdoor advertising, public relations and guerrilla marketing.
