Rozbor vad odlitků v podmínkách Vítkovických sléváren

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focuses on the analysis of casting defects in Vitkovice foudries. The first chapter is devoted to the production range, which are casted alloys, used forms and the most occurring casting defects. The second chapter focuses on the gas defects, in particular on gas holes, pinholes and shrinkage porosity, what are their causes and how to prevent them. The third chapter is describes the burning-on and burning-in.Fusion, an analysis of their causes. In the last chapter is described how to prevent the occurrence of these defects and recommendations for practise.
