Analýza uplatnění metodiky preventivní údržby TPM na válcovně kolejnic v TŽ, a.s.

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the implementation metodology for the analysis of the application of preventive maintenance on rolling rails in TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a.s. Theoretic part of this thesis explains the essence and the concept of TPM methods, a link to the maintenance, objectives and assumptions of it´s introduction and it´s practical benefits. The analysis is the main part of this thesis of the application of the first three steps of TPM for rolling rails method, introducing of recognized possitive and weak points of the current application of the first three steps of this method, the conclusions that follow from these findings and in particular suggestion of concrete measures to strengthen the positive and eliminate the weak points of application, including an estimate of their expected contribution to implementation.
