Abstract

The Thesis deals with unemployment resulting from layoffs in the mining industry and the recession of the raw material sector. It summarizes solution possibilities, for described situations, in areas affected by mining activities, in the search for solutions focuses primarily on the areas managed by the Labour office of the Czech Republic .
