Podnikatelský plán na rozšíření podniku v zahraničí

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis "Business plan for Expansion of Company Abroad" is to compile the real business plan for the expansion of business in Slovakia. In theoretical part are explained the basic terms, with focus on business in European Union and electronic businesses. In this part, there are defined the principles for creation and structure of the business plan. In The second part is presented the company, for which will be create a business plan. In the third part of the bachelor thesis is on base of knowledge compiled actual business plan for the expansion of e-commerce in Slovakia. Here are accomplished analyses of the business environment, risks, measures proposed to reduce the risk and here is compile the financial plan. Based on the results of the business plan there are proposed recommendations for changes or improvements in activities.
