Hospodaření vybraných obcí při nakládáni s odpady

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou odpadového hospodářství ve vybraných obcí Vsetínského okresu v letech 2018 až 2022. Dvě kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na teoretický rámec pro hospodaření obcí a pro hospodaření v oblasti odpadového hospodářství. V práci jsou zpracovány analytická data v oblasti příjmů a výdajů z odpadového hospodaření za účelem zjištění hospodaření vybraných obcí. Metodou pro analýzu byla zvolena analýza časových řad Zjištěná data jsou využita k vzájemnému porovnání hospodaření všech obcí České republiky, obcí, jejichž počet obyvatel byl ve sledovaných letech od 2001 do 5000 obyvatel a vybraných obcí. V rámci metodologie diplomové práce byly stanoveny výzkumné otázky, které byly zodpovězeny v rámci analytické kapitoly a závěru. V závěru byly také uvedeny subjektivní názory a hodnocení autora.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of waste management in selected municipalities of the Vsetín District. Two chapters are focused on the theoretical framework for municipal management and for management in the field of waste management. Analytical data in the area of ​​income and expenditure from waste management are processed in the work in order to determine the management of selected municipalities. Time series analysis was chosen as the method for analysis. The obtained data are used to compare the economy of all municipalities of the Czech Republic, municipalities whose population was between 2001 and 5000 inhabitants in the monitored years, and selected municipalities. As part of the methodology of the thesis, research questions were determined, which were answered in the framework of the analytical chapter and the conclusion. The author's subjective opinions and evaluations were also presented in the conclusion.
