Rehabilitační centrum s relaxačním bazénem – vytápění a větrání

Abstract

The main topic of this thesis is the development of complex project documentation for the construction of a rehabilitation center with a relaxation pool, including the design of heating, forced ventilation, hot water preparation and the design of a heat source in the form of cascades of gas condensing boilers. The project documentation is prepared according to the decree No. 499/2006 Coll. [1] as amended. The diploma thesis is further divided into two main parts. The first part deals with the project documentation dealing with the architectural - technical solution of a non-basement, two-story rehabilitation center with a flat roof and a relaxation pool. The second part of the thesis deals with the complete design of the heating system, forced ventilation using air-conditioning units and hot water preparation. An integral part of this documentation was the processing of the calculation of the thermal and technical properties of the structures, the assessment of detail, the calculation of heat losses of the object, the heat balance, the determination of the daily need for hot water and, finally, the processing of the energy efficiency certificate of the object, including the financial assessment of an alternative heat source.
