Studie využití území mezi ul. Bohumínská - Ferd. Koláře ve Sl. Ostravě pro umístění hotelu.

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh využití dnes nezastavěného území vymezeného ulicemi Bohumínskou a Ferdinanda Koláře v městském obvodu Slezská Ostrava. Výsledkem návrhu je využití území pro umístění hotelu, jehož součástí je restaurační zařízení. V návrhu jsou zohledněna specifika řešeného území, které spočívají v poloze u frekventované městské komunikace, v nepravidelné svažitosti území a v množství vzrostlé zeleně. Součástí práce je vyhodnocení současného stavu lokality a jejího vztahu k širšímu urbánnímu okolí a územnímu plánu, včetně provozně – typologického a stavebně – technického řešení. Dále je v této práci řešena obsluha hotelu dopravou v klidu a v pohybu a napojení inženýrských sítí na stávající technickou infrastrukturu. Součástí práce je ekonomické vyhodnocení návrhu.

The subject of this thesis is to design an utilization of an undeveloped territory designated by Bohumínská and Ferdinand Kolář streets in the municipal district of Silesian Ostrava. The result will be a draft of one possible use of this land as the location for a hotel that includes dining facilities. In the proposal there are the specifics of this area taken into account. They consist of the position of busy city roads, the irregular slope of the area and the amount of grown greenery. One part of this thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of the area and its relation to the wider surroundings and the urban zoning plan, including operational-typological and construction-technical solutions. Furthermore, this thesis contains a solution of transportation at rest and in motion and the connection of the utilities to the existing technical infrastructure. The thesis includes an economic evaluation of the project proposal.
