Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis and description of new introduced system of evaluation at CENTURION, Ltd. This thesis is divided on theoretical part, application part and part of proposal. In the first part is theoretically described the process of evaluating staff, its objectives, areas, methods, etc… In application part of this thesis is introduced company CENTURION, Ltd. and there is also analyzed new established system of staff evaluation in the company. The new system of evaluation is processed by evaluation interviews. The evaluation forms are very important part of the evaluation interviews and they are analyzed closely in this work. Suggestions and recommendations are defined in proposal part. They depend on assessment of evaluation forms and they are determined for whole department in which the evaluation was processed and also for individual employees.
