Modern UI a User Experiences

Abstract

Electronics market is literally flooded with devices with touch screens. Microsoft responds to this trend by release of Windows 8 operating system with a new user interface Modern UI optimized especially for touch screens. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of the new user interface. The following is a collect of concept environment using user usability testing. Based on the knowledge gained from the testing experience critical points in usability and design application components fitted into the new user interface Modern UI. All of findings will then be used to design a custom application using the proposed application components.
