Supervisor of the diploma thesis: Ing. Kateřina Stejskalová, Ph.D. This diploma thesis deals with the design of an office building in Trenčín at the level of a construction design project – structural part, based on the assigned architectural study. It includes a technical report, drawing documentation of the individual structures and the site plan of the building. The thesis also contains a thermal-technical assessment of the external envelope structures, an energy performance certificate of the building envelope, and a structural (static) design of a selected load-bearing element in accordance with applicable standards and the requirements of the faculty.
