Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the creation of a support tool for training employees in the field of occupational safety for a selected company. The theoretical part deals with a list of legislative requirements for training in the field of occupational safety, the training itself and available training tools. In the practical part, the selection of occupational risks of the selected company is performed on the basis of their evaluation and Brainstorming technique with the company's management. Scenarios of desirable and undesirable conditions are created for selected risks in the XVR CC 2019 software. The result of the work are specific videos created in the Sony VEGAS Pro 17 program, which the company will use in its existing training in the field of occupational safety.
