Měření na elektrickém kontaktu

Abstract

The work deals with measurements on electrical contacts. In the first part, the term electrical contact is defined, the classification of electrical contacts, the materials from which the contacts are made, the basic models of contact for the description of the actions taking place on them. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the issues of temperature rise of contacts, their resistance to welding and softening. This section concludes with a description of the R(U) characteristics of the contacts. In the practical part, measurements of R(U) characteristics are performed on specific samples of several materials. It also includes the measurement of resistivity and tension softening of the samples. Specifically, these are samples of copper, aluminum, brass and steel. To obtain the results, the Ohm method adapted for measurements on contacts was used. The resulting characteristics are part of the work. At the end of the work, the measured values are compared with the values of available chart sources. It has been shown that the above method can be used to simplify the process. However, in order to obtain more accurate results, it will be necessary to adjust the measuring system, according to the proposals given in the final discussion.
