Návrh polyfunkčního domu v ulici Nádražní, Moravská Ostrava

Abstract

The building is a complex process in which the design is necessary to think about many contexts. Proper follow-up of all activities leading to creation of successful work. I tried in writing my thesis. The object is to design a multifunctional building vacant space in the house Street Nádražní in Moravské Ostravě and dealing with parking spaces. This thesis is elaborated in the range of volumetric studies. At its creation, I tried mainly on appropriate joint efficiency, functionality and aesthetics so the building its character fit into the surrounding environment. It was necessary to solve the continuity of a multifunctional building for communication in the rear, to ensure the serviceability of the building and easy access to parking places.
