Abstract

The main subject of a thesis is competitive analysis of the fitness centre called DFITNESS GYM. The aim of the thesis is to compare marketing mix of services of these fitness centres called DFITNESS GYM, HEALTH PARK OPAVA, FITNESS CENTRUM PEPA OPAVA. The work describes the theoretical basis of competition and the characteristics of the fitness centres. The aim of the thesis was achieved by benchmarking method together with short questionnaire, which was used as a additional method. The author of the thesis analysed acquired data and based on the results suggested recommendations for better marketing mix for DFITNESS GYM.
