Abstract
The aim of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of an apartment building containing commercial premises based on this study: Newly built apartment building containing commercial premises on the property no. 1071/1 in Cadastral area of Vysoké Mýto which was elaborated by Radek Sokol in 2022 as a part of a subject Project I. at VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of civil Engineering.
The project documentation is elaborated to the extent specified in the annex no. 13 of the ordinance no. 499/2006 Coll. concerning the documentation of constructions as amended in an Amendment no. 62/2013 Coll. and no. 405/2017 Coll. – Project documentation for construction.
This diploma thesis contains the text part, the design part, the thermal-technical assessment of the perimeter structures, the energy intensity certificate of the building and a static calculation of a selected constructional element.
