Abstract

The aim of bachelor’s work was to analyze marketing mix of club FC Baník Ostrava, which should help for improving of individual elements of marketing mix and increase satisfaction and visit of costumers, fans, visitors or football fans of club. The whole work was divided into a two parts, theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part was focused on explanation of terms related to the issues examined, like a marketing of services, sports product etc. The practical part was divided of characteristic of football club and examined of actual satisfaction of fans FC Baník Ostrava. For analyze was used questionnaire survey. Based on questionnaire survey was analyzed data, which were about three elements of marketing mix, product, physical evidence and prices. Based on the analyzed data were suggested appropriate recommendation, which could help club to increase visiting and satisfaction of costumers.
