| dc.description.abstract | Článek se zabývá zpracováním metodiky hodnocení bezporuchovosti obvodů vysoké integrace (LSI) a velmi vysoké integrace (VLSI). V článku je provedena srovnávací analýza faktorů určujících bezporuchovost integrovaných obvodů, analýza existujících metodik a modelu hodnocení bezporuchové činnosti obvodů vysoké integrace a velmi vysoké integrace. Stěžejní částí článku je popis navrženého algoritmu a programu pro analýzu poruchovosti obvodů vysoké integrace a velmi vysoké integrace. | en |
