Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on principles for ensuring the area spontaneous evacuation the Czech Republic. The study included the current state of the topic, a summary of extraordinary events, which requires evacuation surface, analysis of the solved problem, its evaluation and finally suggestions to improve any deficiencies.
