Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with supply management of selected company Black and Decker (Czech) s.r.o. Thesis is divided into four main categories. The first part describes selected company. Following part is theoretical and describes main points in supply chain management as classification of supplies, purpose of supplies and management´s methods. The third part is description of initial state, this part desribes management of supplies and inventory turns. Last part contains proposals, that leads to inventory reduction. The goal of thesis is change of initial supply chain management, inventory reduction and improvement of inventory turns.
