Abstract
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze competition on the tubes market. The main objective is to introduce the reader to the basic principles and procedures of the competition analysis and the competitive environment and then to analyze competitive environment of ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a.s. The analysis consists macrofield analysis using PESTLE analysis and microfield analysis using the Porter model of five competing forces. At the end of the work, space is devoted to suggestions and recommendations that could lead to an improvement of the situation of the company on the tubes market.
