Abstract

The thesis was processed material metallurgical analysis of samples obtained. Give cause failure of the work was porous blocks in a ladle A120 in the production of steel 26NiCrMoV14-5 "V" for forging a turbine rotor with a diameter of 1172 mm body, the number of forging the 7838th. As a result of this disorder were indicated based on internal defects of minor oxide and sulphide inclusions micrometric dimensions and titanium nitrides or carbonitride. The basic of ultrasonic indications in consideration of generator rotor forging alternatively or cumulatively have clusters of large cavities and complex with endogenous inclusions of fragile angular base MgO.Al2O3.CaO oxides, showing the metallographic sections in lengths of about 1 mm.
