Oceňování pozemků v České republice

Abstract

The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on principles and methods of valuation of land in the Czech Republic , namely the valuation methods of construction land , agricultural land and forest land. In the practical part of this tesis lands are valued at market and administrative methods and the results compared. The aim of thesis is to introduce principles and methods of valuation of land in the Czech Republic and comparing the results of market and administrative valuation. Hypothesis of this thesis was that the values determined market value differs from the prices reported by administrative means. This hypothesis was confirmed for all land.
