Stanovení optimální varianty podnikatelského záměru v rámci Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace – ICT v podnicích

Abstract

Diploma thesis describes the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation – ICT in Companies. This programme makes possible to obtain resources through grants for expansion or introduction of information and communications technologies (hardware, software) in small and medium-sized enterprises.

The aim of this thesis is determination of the optimal variant of Business plan in terms of the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation – ICT in Companies.

Diploma thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part I am describing the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation and programme ICT in Companies. In this part I am describing methodology of the Business plan and formal conditions of his acceptability too.

The second part of my thesis presented three Business plans, which was submitted in programme ICT in Companies. This Business plans are based on the realistic needs of companies.

Last part contains Business plans with evolution criteria of this programme and determination the optimal variant of Business plan. Identification of the most frequent mistakes of final beneficiaries is included.
