Vplyv digitalizácie na procesy vo finančnej správe v Slovenskej republike

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of digitalization of processes in financial administration in Slovakia and its perception by its employees and ordinary citizens. The main goal was to analyze the processes of digitalization and identify their shortcomings. In order to obtain reliable information, data was collected from internal and external sources using a questionnaire survey. The results pointed out that digitalization is not perceived unambiguously positively, with the majority of respondents evaluating it insufficiently or unable to assess it. The perception of digitalization by employees was also significantly related to their specific job classification and experience. Based on the answers and findings, proposals were submitted for the modernization and improvement of the functioning of information systems, the unification of training and increasing awareness of digital tools. The thesis points to the need to develop the digital sphere of financial administration in Slovakia.
