Abstract
The thesis inform about important soil bacteria actinomyces. It deal with their role in nature and also their influence on person, animals and plants. It also describe isolation the antibiotic substance streptomycin from this kind of bacteria. At the last but not least the thesis deal with useful activities these bacteria at clearing industrial waste water then at remove petroleum and petroleum derivate from soil and also at remove fenol from the environment.
