This thesis describe conditions on territory Krkonoše national park, which affect rise and development extraordinary events and possibilities for their negotiation. Created emergenci plan is principal thesis. Emergenci plan for rescue components enable efficient localization disabled subjects and affected places extraordinary event and give primary information on possibility setting forces and resources.
