Abstract
This bachelor thesis describes the process of completing professional practise in the firm DHL Express Ltd. My tasks were mainly optimizing existing application CMT and also incorporating new requirements and creating new application for capturing email communication. When solving the tasks I used mainly knowledge programming language C# and improved it.
