Zhodnocení výkonnosti dopravního podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení výkonnosti dopravního podniku v letech 2011 až 2013. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. V první části jsou vymezena teoretická východiska a vybrané metody z kvalitativní a kvantitativní ekonomické analýzy. V druhé části práce je charakterizována vybraná společnost SOLANSKÝ s.r.o. a následně jsou vybrané metody popsané v první části aplikovány do jejího prostředí. Zjištěné výsledky jsou srovnávány s konkurenčními podniky. Ve třetí části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky a uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení.

The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of the performance of transport company in the years 2011 – 2013. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, teoretical bases and selected methods from the qualitative and quantitative economic analyses are defined. In the second part of thesis, the characteristics of SOLANSKÝ s.r.o. company are included and then the selected methods described in the first part of the thesis are applied to the conditions of the company. Established results are compared with competitive companies. In the third part, the results are evaluated and the suggestions for improvement are proposed.
