Abstract

The theme of the bachelor thesis was consumer behaviour analysis on the food market. The main target of the bachelor thesis was to analyze consumer behaviour on the food market. The operational target was to determine the importance of food quality and access of consumers to brands of food quality. For marketing research method was used personal interviews. The results of the analysis showed that the quality of food is an important factor in the selection of food.
