Návrh opatření pro zvýšení úrovně bezpečnosti hydraulických lisů s využitím prvků technické bezpečnosti a umělé inteligence

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis addresses the design of measures to enhance operator safety when using hydraulic presses, utilizing elements of industrial safety and artificial intelligence. The theoretical section briefly introduces the operating principles of hydraulic presses and the risks associated with their operation. Subsequently, a specific press at Optimont 2000 s.r.o. is analyzed, where risk identification and assessment are performed. The thesis further addresses modern technologies, particularly camera systems and 3D vision, as well as other potential elements utilizing artificial intelligence that enable monitoring of the machine’s hazardous area. Based on the findings, measures are proposed to reduce the risk of injury and improve workplace safety, both from a technical and legislative perspective.
