Penzion s administrativou ve Vésce u Olomouce

Abstract

Předmětem řešení této diplomové práce je návrh penzionu s administrativou ze stavebně technického pohledu a následně návrh zdravotechnické instalace se zaměřením na vnitřní kanalizaci a nakládání se splaškovými a dešťovými vodami. Dešťová voda bude využita na následnou distribuci v řešeném objektu jako voda užitková na splachování a úklid. Odpadní voda splašková bude procházet vícekomorovým septikem ústícím do kořenové čističky odpadních vod. Následně bude procházet přes akumulační nádrž, kde může být využita pro zálivku rostlin, až do konečného zasakovacího systému. Objekt diplomové práce byl také posouzen pomocí softwarů stavební fyziky z hlediska ztrát a tepelně technických vlastností.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of the boarding house with administration from the construction-technical point of view and then the design of sanitary installation with a focus on internal sewerage and wastewater and rainwater management. Rainwater will be used for subsequent distribution in the building as utility water for flushing and cleaning. Wastewater will pass through a multi-chamber septic tank leading to the wastewater treatment plant. Subsequently, it will continue through the accumulation tank, for the possibility of watering the plants, up to the final infiltration system. The object of the diploma thesis was also assessed with the help of building physics software in terms of heat loss and thermal properties.
