Mineralogie a petrografie zelených břidlic z lokality Masty (ČR)

Abstract

Mineralogy and petrography of green schists from the locality of Masty (CZ) are the subject of the diploma thesis. The following research activities will be carried out: application and comparison of analyses performed using methods of optical microscopy, infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, and chemical analysis; description and quantification of rock structures and textures (anisotropy in internal structure, granularity, nature and intensity of fracturing); analysis of crack-filling and changes on the rock-filling contact; structural and phase changes of the rocks under thermal loading.
