Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti podniku se zbraněmi

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti podniku se zbraněmi. Cílem této práce je provést analýzy zkoumající vnitřní a vnější okolí podniku, kde výsledkem budou konkrétní doporučení vylepšující slabiny podniku, které upevní jeho pozici na trhu. Na úvod je charakterizován podnik, jeho produkty a historie. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy, které se tohoto tématu týkají a také jsou v ní popsány metody, kterými se práce bude zabývat v její nejdůležitější části, a to praktické. Patří tam analýza zkoumající politické, ekonomické, sociální a technologické faktory, analýza popisující silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby podniku, analýza pěti konkurenčních sil, finanční analýza a metoda srovnávající konkurenty s podnikem. V poslední části jsou shrnuty výsledky provedených analýz, ze kterých vychází různá doporučení a návrhy pro podnik.

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the competitiveness of the arms business. The aim of this work is to carry out analyses examining the internal and external surroundings of the company, where the result will be specific recommendations improving the weaknesses of the company which will strengthen its position on the market. The introduction of the thesis characterizes the company, products and company history. The theoretical part defines the concepts that relate to this topic and also describes the methods that will be used in the most important part of the work, namely the practical part. This includes analysis examining political, economic, social and technological factors, an analysis describing company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, an analysis of five competitive forces, a financial analysis and a method comparing competitors with the company. The final part summarizes the results of the analyses conducted, which are used to make various recommendations and suggestions for the company.
