Návrh vhodných vysokozdvižných vozíků pro skladové hospodářství podniku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the selection of suitable forklifts with subsequent selection of a supplier in a manufacturing company PWO CZ. The theoretical part is focused on concepts related to logistics, storage, warehouse and supplier choice. The practical part is focused on logistics processes in the enterprise and analysis of existing and upcoming storage system. In the final part of the thesis there are described the parameters for the selection of suitable wheelchairs and chosen the needed types and quantities of the wheelchairs. The last step is to make the selection of suppliers.
