Psychosociální rizika u zaměstnanců středního výrobního podniku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the identification of psychosocial risks of employees in medium-sized manufacturing enterprise. A theoretical part of thesis analyses the actual state of knowledge of psychosocial risks in the Czech Republic and points to a campaign that has been done. This campaign was made by European Agency for Safety and Health at Work. The thesis describes causes, consequences and impact of psychosocial influences on humans in the working environment. A practical part of the thesis deals with research in the company itself. It describes the current state of the organization and its relation to psychosocial conditions in the workplace. At the same time, a tool for identifying psychosocial risks was designed for the purposes of this bachelor thesis. Due to this tool, the psychosocial risks could be identified.
