Abstract
The thesis deals with the possibility to deposit carbon dioxide underground and this limit its adverse effects on the environment. After gathering information about the current state of the storage of carbon dioxide in the world is given its own design store in the country. As a model solution is introduced the project of storage CO2 in Paskov mine in Ostrava – Karvina coal basin.
