Abstract

The thesis is focused on application of management principles, methods and tools for designing multi-criteria decision-making project management reconstruction restaurant terrace. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of decision problems, project management and multi-criteria decision-making method chosen. The practical part of the talk about the reconstruction project activities, restaurant terrace and identifies the participants in these processes. The last chapter contains the evaluation of benefits solutions.
