Abstract

This thesis deals with issues of employment of people with disabilities, specifically in the company G4S Secure Solutions (CZ), a.s. The thesis analyzes not only all legislation relating to this issue but also its assessment within a specific employer. Also characterise people with disabilities, active employment policy instruments and benefits for employers that people with disabilities employ. The main goal of the thesis was to analyze situation of people with disabilities on the labour market from the both perspective, of the specific employer and employees themselves. This goal was reached by description and analysis of legislation, literature and available sources, searching of information on official websites of the company and by using other relevant and reputable sources. The practical part was processed with method of the field research which was applied using a questionnaire survey. In conclusion of the thesis are comparison questionnaire survey results with results of the Czech Statistical Office.
