Abstract
The diploma thesis describes employee performance appraisal and remunaration. There are mentioned targets, methods and classification of employee performance appraisal in the theoretical part. Theoretical part is followed by remuneration, its rules, tools and wage factors. Practical part deals with characteristic of the company where this diploma work was conducted. Written questionnaire has been chosen for data collection and its outputs were analyzed. Based on the analysis modifications of the current employee performance appraisal and remuneration systems were proposed.
