Rekreační vila Vodopády, nový lázeňský komplex Karviná-Darkov

Abstract

This thesis presents a project of the spa house called The Waterfalls and its urban integration as a part of a new spa resort of the spa Lázně Darkov a.s. in the area of Léčebna Darkov. The three main points of the thesis are firstly to make a prestige house to raise the reputation of the spa Lázně Darkov a.s., secondly to increase of the luxury accommodation and thirdly to cultivate the area of the dike between the river Olše and the spa park. The basic analyses and the design are elaborated in the enclosed architectonic study. The concept of the leading architectonic idea is fully developed and presented in the documentation on construction in the main part of this thesis. The specialized part focuses on one of the characteristic features – the frameless all-glass system. The visualization of the final result is presented in the enclosed poster.
