Vliv opakovaného použití hliníkových slitin na strukturu a mechanické vlastnosti odlitku

Abstract

This thesis is about effect of repeated use of aluminum alloys and ist influence on structure and mechanical characteristics. In first part are summarized the characteristics of aluminum and its alloys. There are also described the specifics of alloy RR350 (AlCu5NiCoSbZr), followed by a summary of binary and ternary diagrams. In the end of the theoretical part mechanical characteristics are described. A first step of experiment is about metallographic analysis of alloy samples by electron microscopy. Finally, the both results are analyzed readings the tensile test and hardness test - Brinell.
