Abstract
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe accounting and taxation aspects of the Telepace s.r.o. company. The very first part is concentrated on company´s main characteristics and its establishing obligations and responsibilities. The second part is related to intramural accounting issues. The last part refers to particular taxes which is the company registrated to. This part also presents several exaples of company´s road taxes or tax write-off.
