Územní studie lokality „Mezi Lány – Z3“ v České Těšíně

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je vypracování územní studie lokality Mezi Lány – Z3, která se nachází přibližně 2 kilometry severozápadně od centra města Český Těšín. Samotný návrh území je vypracován ve dvou variantách ve formě územní studie a obsahuje urbanistický návrh zástavby rodinnými domy pro funkci individuálního bydlení s tím, že jedna varianta je řešena zcela bez přeložek. Tato varianta je také rozpracována podrobněji. Součástí této varianty je rovněž řešení dopravy a vedení technické infrastruktury včetně dimenzí. V práci je také popsán vzorový rodinný dům, který by měl být na území umístěn. Nedílnou součástí je též propočet dimenzí navrhovaných sítí technické infrastruktury, řešení nakládání s dešťovými vodami a ekonomický propočet nákladů na celkovou výstavbu řešených variant.

The subject of this thesis is to develop a regional study sites Mezi Lány – Z3, which is located approximately 2 km northwest of the center of Český Těšín. The proposal itself territory is drawn up in two variants in the form of territorial studies and urban design includes development of family houses for the function of individual living with that one variant is solved completely without realignment of technical infrastructure. This variant is also elaborated in more detail. Part of this variant is also transport solutions and management of the technical infrastructure, including dimensions. The paper also describes a model house, which should be located in the territory. Is also an integral part of the calculation of dimensions of the proposed technical infrastructure networks, management solutions with rainwater and economic costing a total construction solved variants.
