Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I have tried my best to compose the functioning of working activities in prison sentence. This theme I tried to analyse in a concrete prison - Heřmanice in Moravian-Silesian periphery near the centre of Ostrava. The purpose of these bachelor thesis is sketch a functiioning, define a problems and try to devise a way out and suggestion of working activities.

The following charter is consisted of teoretic theme about a prison sentence and history of sentence. Second charter include the Czech prison system, information about a concrete prison in Ostrava – Heřmanice and questionnaire research. The third chapter is about my opinion and suggestion. This project concern proposal about construct two company which be able to employ a prisoners. The last chapter deals with use of above mentioned theme in mass media and it includes variol journalism genres – editorial, leader, inquiry and interview.
