Krizový management podniku

Abstract

V této své práci bych chtěla přiblížit co to je krizový management, jaké jsou příčiny a zdroje krizí. Poukazuji na nutnost včasného identifikování rizik a jejich odstraňování, dříve než podnik vstoupí do fáze akutní krize. V další části své práce popisuji funkci krizového managementu a možnosti zvládání jednotlivých fází krize. Krize podniku představuje pro podnik nesnadné období, v kterém musí zaměřit maximální úsilí na řešení vzniklé situace. Praxe převážně přistupuje ke krizi podniku jako situaci, kdy se podnik dostal do insolventnosti a není schopen dostát svým závazkům. Výsledkem je řešení krize až v její akutní fázi, kdy podnik nemá dostatek zdrojů pro vyvedení podniku z krize. Proto v poslední kapitole uvádím příklad řešení finanční krize z vlastní praxe.

In these graduation theses, I would like to provide an insight into the crisis management, and I would also endeavour to bring forward some responses to the crisis management related queries like prerequisites and sources of the crises. First, I point at the urgency of timely identification and elimination of respective risks, which should be done much earlier than the company falls into the acute crisis stage. Subsequent part of my graduation theses is devoted to description of the crisis management functioning, as well as possibilities as how to cope with the individual stages of respective crisis. In view of the company, the crisis represents an uneasy period in its existence, when the company has to concentrate its maximum efforts on resolving the state of affairs such as incurred. A standard practice predominantly views the company crisis as such state of affairs, when the company has become insolvent and, therefore, unable to perform and fulfil its obligations. The result is that the steps aimed at the crisis resolving are undertaken as late as during the crisis acute stage, when the company no longer has enough resources so as to lead the company out of the crisis. Therefore, in the last chapter of my graduation theses, I bring forward the example of the financial crisis resolution based upon my own practical experience.
